Love, Integrity, Accountability, Passion, Volunteerism, Respect
The Enjivai Orphanage was established in 2016 in Arusha, Kambi Ya Chupa Madukani, and aims to support less privileged children and orphans by assisting families and thus the community.

Loving care
We create an environment where every child feels safe and loved.

Quality Education
We provide access to quality education to empower children to build their futures.

Healthcare
We ensure all children receive healthcare and good nutrition.
The owner and current director started the construction of the orphanage in 2016 with his own resources. He received financial support from local communities, individuals and some volunteers from abroad. In 2018, the government granted a full registration (registration number 00009850), and this is still the case to this day.
It started with a kindergarten for 12 children, where they also received a balanced diet and clothes. Today, the orphanage is run as a half-day school for children between the ages of two and six.
Since January 2023, lessons have been taught according to the specifications of the Montessori system. At present, more than 30 children attend our school. Some of the children have neither father nor mother and live with their relatives or people who take care of them. In most cases, these guardians are not in a position to provide sufficient care for these children. Unfortunately, there is still no place for a permanent stay in the orphanage, as the current house does not offer enough space. We are therefore planning to build our own school with adequate accommodation.
